Are different colors and specifications available?
Available options are listed on each product. Select the exact option before adding it to your cart; not every item offers every color or size.
How do I add the right quantity?
Use the minus and plus controls or enter a whole number of at least one, choose any required options, then select Add to Cart. Your cart shows the chosen item and quantity.
Is standard U.S. shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. checkout addresses has no minimum order requirement. Contact us about Alaska, Hawaii, military or territorial addresses before ordering.
When should I expect delivery?
Handling takes 2–3 business days, followed by 3–6 business days in transit: 5–9 business days total. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays; these stages are already included in the total.
How can I ask about tracking?
Email [email protected] with your order reference and the email used at checkout. We can help with available dispatch and tracking information.
How do I request a return?
Contact [email protected] within 30 days after delivery. Include your order reference and a description of the issue, and obtain return instructions before sending a parcel.
What if an item arrives damaged or incomplete?
For feeding supplies, identify the capacity or model and describe use, cleaning and any missing bowl, lid, cable or other supplied part. Send your order reference, a description and available photos of the item and packaging to [email protected].
When will an approved refund reach my account?
The expected posting time is 7–10 business days from merchant refund approval, through the original payment method. Contact [email protected] if this period has passed.
Which payment methods are available?
Online payments are not yet available. Do not send payment credentials or money to the customer-service email.
